March Cooking Club dinner?

I'll have hopefully settled into my apartment by March and would love to host a Cooking Club dinner. I'm debating about either the evening of March 9th or the 16th (with a St. Patrick's Day theme). I'm thinking it would be nice to have Irish and Southerner foods as the dishes for the get-together, but I'm open to anything. It's probably too early to ask which date is better, so I'll just let everybody ponder it for now.
